I think that society has created its youngest generation to believe that they need to be in touch with everyone all the time. Privacy is a thing of the past. Is this a good thing?

That was a nice explanation of popular culture and the fact that it comprise of the elements around us on an everyday basis. One example that I liked very much was the fact that television in the 70s and 80s only had few channels. This shows the reality of popular culture, and it is an undisputable fact that TV had about one or two channels. One was forced to watch a particular program even though he or she doesn't enjoy it.

We seem to be the generation who has made over communication the norm. Imagine going somewhere without your cell phone and not having the feeling that something is missing.
